Do you carry out insurance repairs?
Yes. We work with all major UK insurers, prepare detailed digital estimates and follow insurer-approved repair procedures. You are entitled to choose where your vehicle is repaired — you do not have to use the repairer your insurer suggests.
Are your repairs to an insurance standard?
Our repairs are carried out to BS10125 repair standards and we are an RAC Approved Repairer, using correct repair methods and quality materials throughout.
How do I get a quote?
Send photos of the damage on WhatsApp along with your vehicle make, model and location, and we will respond with an estimate and likely turnaround. You are also welcome to bring the vehicle in for a free, no-obligation inspection.
Will the paint match my vehicle exactly?
Yes. Paint is mixed to your vehicle's paint code, then test-sprayed and adjusted for age and fade before we refinish, so repairs blend into the surrounding panels.
How long will my repair take?
A SMART or small cosmetic repair is often same day or next day. A single panel repair and respray typically takes two to three days. Larger accident repairs depend on parts supply and insurer approval — we give you a realistic timescale up front.
Can you repair a bumper instead of replacing it?
In most cases yes. Cracks and splits are plastic welded and reshaped before refinishing, which is usually cheaper and quicker than replacement. We only recommend replacement when a repair would not be safe or durable.
Do you work on fleet, taxi and private hire vehicles?
Yes. We handle fleet and business vehicles, taxi and private hire cars, dealership work and light commercials, with scheduling built around keeping vehicles earning.

Do you offer a guarantee on your work?
Yes. Our repairs and paintwork are guaranteed. If you have any concern after collection, bring the vehicle back and we will inspect it.
