What happens after you send a request
Once your details and photos arrive, we look at the damage and come back to you with a clear estimate. For small scuffs, scratches and dents, photos are often enough to give a reliable price. For larger accident damage we may ask to see the car at our workshop, because hidden damage behind panels and bumpers only shows up on inspection.
Good photos help us price accurately. Take one from a few metres away so we can see where the damage sits on the car, then a couple of close ups from different angles. Daylight is best. If you know your paint code or registration, include it.
Every estimate is free and there is no obligation to go ahead. If you are deciding whether to claim on your insurance, we can price the job both privately and through your insurer so you can compare it against your excess. You have the right to choose your own repairer.
